At Time Served, we believe in a world where people who have been impacted by mass incarceration have the opportunity for a fresh start upon release, free of the permanent stigma that currently attaches to those with criminal records. We aim to replace despair with hope for currently and formerly incarcerated people in the State of South Carolina.
